Use Limitations:
- Not recommended for muds with total hardness above 300mg/L.
- Increased salinity requires more polymer for greater viscosities.
- Not suitable for saturated brine systems or oil/synthetic base mud systems.
Directions for Use:
- Remove the stick from the plastic bag before use.
- Start with 1 WPS polymer stick per joint, adjusting the amount as needed.
- Add the stick or polymer powder with each new joint, allowing 5-6 minutes for the rice paper to dissolve and polymer to disperse.
- Ensure there is sufficient free water, and the pump rate is not too high to prevent clogging the bottom hole assembly (BHA) or activating bypass valves.
- Monitor flowline returns and adjust polymer usage to achieve the desired sweep, considering factors like ROP, hole size, and pump rate.

Important: Only remove the plastic bag before use. The rice paper tube and end plugs are dissolvable and should remain intact. Dump all contents (except the plastic wrapper) down the hole.

- Wear appropriate safety equipment and treat as you would any other industrial chemical.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
