Shipping Policies

At TWE TrueWorks Equipment LLC, we offer a wide range of products, including surplus, new, used, and demonstration equipment, as well as parts and chemicals. Our shipping policies are categorized by product size and shipping method. Please review the following details for each category:
1. Small Item Shipping Policies
(e.g., small parts, single gallon chemical orders, etc.)

Product Size: Items under approximately 24 cubic inches and 70 lbs.

Processing Time:
Orders for small items typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). -
Shipping:
Small items with free shipping are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes, which include tracking and $100 in insurance. If an alternative carrier is used, tracking will always be provided.Small items not marked with free shipping will ship according to the options selected by the customer at checkout.

2. Medium Item Shipping Policies
(e.g., pressure washer pumps, bulk parts orders, electric backpack sprayers, etc.)

Product Size: Items over 24 cubic inches but under 70 lbs. or under 24 cubic inches but over 70 lbs.

Processing Time:
Orders for medium items typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). -
Shipping:
Medium-sized items will be shipped via the carrier and method selected by the customer during checkout. A tracking number will be provided. -
Expedited Shipping:
If you require expedited shipping, please Contact Us before placing your order. We will happily try to accommodate to meet your needs.
3. LTL Freight & Large Item Shipping Policies
(e.g., pressure washers, bulk chemical purchases, large equipment, etc.)

Freight Quotes:
- Requesting a Freight Quote: If you need assistance obtaining a freight quote, please contact us through our Request a Freight Quote page. We will help you secure an accurate quote and get you the lowest prices possible, free of charge.
- Handling Your Own Freight Quote: If you choose to handle the freight quote on your own, we provide the product's origin zip code, dimensions, and weight on the product listing to help you get an accurate quote. If you have any questions while getting your own freight feel free to reach out to us using the Request a Freight Quote page.

No Upcharge on Freight Quotes:
TWE TrueWorks Equipment LLC does not add any upcharges or profit from shipping fees. The rates you receive from us are the exact rates provided by the freight carrier with no markup for freight or handling. -
Additional Charges:
In rare cases, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for especially large equipment that can't be lifted/handled with a warehouse forklift. This will be clearly noted in the listing of any products so large they'd require telehandlers, cranes or other such accommodations. This will always be mentioned in the listing and discussed with the customer before the purchase is completed so it will never come as a surprise cost. Note: This charge would only cover arrangements to ship the equipment and the customer would be responsible for any additional arrangements for them to receive and unload the shipment on their end. -
Freight Processing Time:
Orders for freight shipments generally ship within 5 business days after payment is received in full. Some equipment may require additional testing before shipment, which could cause a slight delay. -
Freight Transit Time & Tracking:
Most LTL freight carriers within the contiguous 48 states have a transit time of 3-5 business days from pickup. While delays due to weather or other disruptions are rare, transit times may extend up to 14 business days in extreme cases. A tracking number will be provided once the freight carrier picks up your shipment. -
Shipping Restrictions:
Certain remote areas or islands may incur additional shipping fees or may not be available for certain shipping methods. Please Contact Us if you are unsure about whether your location qualifies or if you require special shipping accommodations. -
Freight Damages:
If your freight shipment is damaged during delivery, please take photos of the damage immediately at the time of delivery, notify the delivery driver, and Contact Us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Failure to report damage in a timely manner may violate our terms and conditions and hinder a fair resolution.
4. Local Pickup
If you are local to our warehouse or willing to travel to pick up your order, you are welcome to do so free of charge. The city and state of each item are listed on the product page. To arrange for local pickup, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will coordinate with you once the order has been placed to schedule a convenient pickup time.
